Falsk embossing

En "falsk" embossing: har stansat ut texten ur samma cardstock som kortbasen och monterat. Plättlätt. Det tyckte tydligen min dotter också. Jag brukar ju säga att hon är min hårdast kritiker.... Hon kommer in till skrivbordet och säger, ganska snorkigt, "Well that looks rather plain!" (på engelska alltså). Roligare blir det när hon sen svänger sig med terminologin "What?! It just looks like you did some stamping, some gold heat embossing and added a few diecuts!" Jag undrar om jag hjärntvättat henne för mycket....

A faux embossing technique: die cut the words from the same cardstock as my cardbase and adhered it to the front. Easy peasy. Which apparently was my daughters opinion as well. I always say she's my harshest critic..... She comes up to my craft table and says, in a rather condescending manner, "Well that looks rather plain!" (in english!!). I thought it hysterical when she, still in english and with the proper terminology, goes "What?! It just looks like you did some stamping, some gold heat embossing and added a few diecuts!" Bang on target! But I'm beginning to wonder if I've totally brainwashed her...
